Trick or Toiletries

Trick or Toiletries
In the spirit of the season, Hillcrest High School's Key Club is hosting "Trick or Toiletries," a campaign aimed at collecting toiletries for the Ronald McDonald House in Oak Lawn located on Advocate Christ Medical Center's campus.

The Ronald McDonald House is a non-for-profit organization whose mission is to care for families children with complex medical needs by providing comfort, compassion, and a sense of community. Sometimes financial strains can be placed on families when their children experience major illnesses. The Ronald McDonald House tries to reduce the strain on a family during a difficult time by providing housing near the hospital and other initiatives. You can find out more information about the Ronald McDonald House here -

Hillcrest High School's Key Club is asking for your help to additionally support these families and this organization by donating travel-sized toiletries or Target, Walmart, or gas gift cards. Suggested toiletry donations include toothbrushes, toothpaste, deodorant, loofahs, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, floss, shaving cream, wipes, and diapers.

Remember, travel-sizes only. If you'd like to make a donation, you can deliver items to Hillcrest High School's main lobby or library where donation boxes can be found. Please make all donations by October 26.

Students! The classroom that collects the most donations by October 26 will win a breakfast or pizza party!
