Technology

The role of the technology department in Bremen High School District 228 is to support teaching and learning in our four high schools. Technology is viewed as a tool that can provide access to materials and experiences that are outside their world. Technology can also serve as a form of communication to take the classroom experience from 55 minutes to 24 hours a day. We believe that we can provide materials and support for students so that when they are outside of our classrooms, they can have a similar experience to what they did during that class period. The technology department aims to provide a consistent, reliable, forward-thinking, and enriching environment for our teachers to teach our students and for our students to learn in. Some of the tools that our classes are using include iPads, Google Workspace, Google Classroom, and Notability.
