The Athletic Office will be offering SPORTS PHYSICALS for any TPHS student that will be a sophomore, junior or senior for the 2009-10 school year on May 26th and July 30th from 6:30 7:45 a.m. Please note incoming freshman do not need a separate sports physical. The freshman physical required by the State of Illinois to enter high school covers them for sports for one year from the date the physical was administered. Physical forms can be found on the school website.
