Inspiring The Next Generation Of Teachers
Mark B. Furstenau, a member of the Family and Consumer Science Department, has been the coordinator for the OFHS Teaching Internship program since 2000. He came to the south suburban area after graduating with a B.S. from Brigham Young University (1996) and a teaching certificate from Northern Illinois University (1998). He has continued his education by completing a M.A. in Curriculum and Instruction from National Louis University (2001) and a M.A. in Educational Administration from Governor State University (2003). He is married and has two children. Mr. Furstenau is also responsible for the Childcare Program at OFHS. |
