This project has been designed for girls like you who are taken out of Physical Education because of pregnancy.  In order for you to earn credit in Physical Education and to learn more about changes that will be taking place in your body and lifestyle, you will be given a variety of assignments to do.  We hope that you enjoy them, but more important learn from them.

Things you MUST do:

1.  You will need to sign the contract between you, your Physical Education teacher and Nurse.

2.  You will need to print out two (2) copies of the Topic Table located in the Student Work section.  Keep one to chart which topics you have done and give one to your teacher so he/she can do the same.

3.  You must have a parent's permission slip signed to use the internet. 

4.  You must complete the assignments in the designated time frame and hand them into your teacher. Please make sure to print out the worksheet with each assignment!  This worksheet is what is handed into your teacher.

5.   Incorporated into the assignments will be visits to the school nurse.  They are very important to you and will also count as a day's assignment.  Make sure to give the form of your attendance to your teacher for credit!
